Aaron & Lauren :: Engagement

I am very excited to share these pictures with you!! Last weekend I had a the privilege of doing an engagement session with these two wonderful people! They have spent the summer in our area and it has been such a blessing to know them and become friends. We had so much fun, and there was a lot of laughter which just makes everything awesome. 10 on 10 :: July

This month's 10 on 10 came up on me way too fast. I was riding home from JFK after a week in Haiti and realized it was the 7th and I had two days to do this. So, I decided to do Sunday, our first day back. Keep in mind it was after a week without my regular food and without my son, hence many of the pictures. I tried to do it hourly to give me a goal, it was never on the hour, but sometime in the hour. :-) Enjoy!

Just A Photo

We are back for a few days, spending the time getting ready for our next big trip. We had an amazingly fun time with family and friends this past week, but we definitely missed Daddy as he was off having great adventures in the west. :)

Love this picture I got before he left. Aiden sure loves his daddy and I think he's pretty amazing too. 

The Start...

I have officially labeled this summer the busiest of our lives! It's crazy when we are home and we have many weeks that we will be away. I am excited for this week to be filled with fun and definitely a little relaxation! I think Aiden is all ready for this adventure and I have no doubt he will have so much fun with his grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and of course cousins!!!!

As you think of us this summer, pray for us...it will be a little bit of a whirlwind. :)

10 on 10 :: June

Today is the first 10 on 10 project that I will be doing with a group of my friends. We are all mommies with young children and have a love for photography!! I am excited to be doing this with them!

I chose Memorial Day this month as my day. My mom was in town and so it was a perfect day to do it! We did lots of things and were on the go, so I chose to focus on the small things that might not stand out to other people but did to me. Now Aiden is in almost every picture. haha. There weren't many moments that he wasn't by my side, so naturally he was involved in the moments, some of them I really love! Enjoy!

An Impromptu Photo Shoot!

This afternoon I was experimenting with some camera stuff and an amazing thing happened, Aiden wanted to be in pictures! I seriously didn't see that coming. He plopped himself right on the backdrop and just sat there. Haha! I know the set up is so not perfect, but I had to seize the moment before it was gone. lol. No time to fix or change things. We had such a fun time together!
